All online orders are supplied with free tracked delivery or a chargeable next day option is also available. We only supply genuine OEM consumables. A genuine manufacturer’s original means that in the event a faulty product is ever supplied we can have it tested/rectified/ & or replaced by the manufacturer. We don't sell machines online to ensure that the price paid & exact specification of machine supplied is what is expected by you. This policy also ensures that we give our valued customers the best possible advice & service that we can give them, every time, before they commit to a contract.
