PBS Office Products, is the online trading division of PBS Facilities Management Ltd. Trading since 2008, we are a well-established, Birmingham based, Office Equipment Supplier with over 30 years’ experience in the Franking & Office Equipment Industries. Supplying franking machines, ink/labels, photocopiers, copy paper, folding/inserting machines, envelopes, IT Equipment/support, telephone systems/calls/lines & other office supplies, we have gained our knowledge & experience from working for & also with some of the industry's largest suppliers like Pitney Bowes, Quadient (Neopost) & Sharp along the way.

Beginning in the Mailroom Equipment sector we are now able offer additional office products or services & it is now common for existing clients to request us to provide them with all of their office products. Products & services supplied are always of equal or superior quality at reduced costs. This website showcases our products & services, but we only sell consumable items such as Ink, Labels, Paper & Envelopes online. All online orders are supplied with free tracked delivery or a chargeable next day option is also available. We only supply genuine OEM consumables. A genuine manufacturer’s original means that in the event a faulty product is ever supplied we can have it tested/rectified/ & or replaced by the manufacturer. We don't sell machines online to ensure that the price paid & exact specification of machine supplied is what is expected by you. This policy also ensures that we give our valued customers the best possible advice & service that we can give them, every time, before they commit to a contract.
